TMS Backup is a simple-to-use backup program for Microsoft Windows operating systems designed to backup data and files based on directory structure. Once configured it allows selective backups to be performed easily on all or on a subset of pre-configured sections. Plain text descriptions may be used to describe the various backup sections.
Based on the simple layout and protected by secure administrative layer, day-to-day backups can therefore be performed safely and easily even by less experienced users.
TMS Backup configuration is fully menu driven giving access to simple-to-configure and well documented configuration options. It utilises the Microsoft® Robust File Copy Utility as the core copying module providing secure and robust copying and mirroring functionality. The advanced 'combo backup' feature combines two subsequent backup sections to one allowing two backup actions to always be performed in sequence. Backup progress is always written to screen as well as to the log file which can be reviewed easily.
